I tried all the smoothies from Body energy club (based of Vancouver) and they inspired me to tried them at home. They are easy and healthy breakfast smoothies and meal replacements fruit bowls.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
( 2 servings)
2 cups sliced strawberry
1 sliced banana
1 ½ cups coconut milk
1 tbsp Almond butter
1 tsp Honey
Preparation
Add fresh fruit, milk, almond butter, honey and some ice for thicker consistency into a blender and mix until it is smooth.
you can garnish with granola and top it with fresh fruit to make it a fruit bowl.
